Diet Tips! Healthy eats

Getting your summer bodies ready? I've been losing some weight lately and want to share some tips on how I've been preparing my meals! πŸ’―βœ”οΈ500kcal meal plan:

Breakfast:

β€’Tea/Coffee (americano only) or water with lemon!

Lunch/Dinner:

β€’100g of Protein (chicken breast, beef w/o any fat, shrimp, white fish or lobster) *Remember, it must be exactly 100 grams on a scale. Can't be 90g/110g.

β€’Veggies (choose 1 from the following) : 2 cups of spinach, 2 cups of celery, 2 cups of cucumber, 2 cups of lettuce or 2 cups of asparagus. OR you can eat 1 whole onion or tomato.

1 cup= 195ml

β€’Fruits (choose 1): 1 apple, 1 orange, 8-10 strawberries or half of grapefruit.

* It cannot be any other fruits other than listed.

Voila! If you continue this for 23-40 days, you will start to see a huge change in your weight:)
